Our story
In Turin, in the historic San Donato district, there is an artisanal workshop that since 1930 has carried on the centuries-old tradition of Turin chocolate making.
It is the ancient Croci shop, founded by Gualtiero and his wife Rosa, who, combining their passion for genuine flavors and skill in processing techniques, were able to create authentic specialties, still appreciated today by an ever-growing clientele.
Today, the Croci chocolate shop pursues the search for quality and genuineness more than ever, following the valuable teachings passed down from the founder Gualtiero to his son Bruno, a master of traditional processing techniques.
The revival of ancient recipes and the experimentation with new flavors are part of the commitment of the new generation who, with Guido and Luca, work to ensure that the Croci brand is always synonymous with excellence in the
artisan chocolate making.
